Twin Lakes Resort is located in Mount Pleasant, TX, surrounded by 5 private lakes and convenient to the Dallas Metropolitan area.
Tiny homes sleep from 2 to 10 people — the information is listed on each unit.
Vessel homes sleep 2 people.
Yes. We are pet friendly. Each unit is individually owned. When you are making reservations, please add pets to your stay. We do have an on-site dog park.

We have discounted pricing for stays longer than 30 days. Please see our specials page for discount codes.
Yes. Class A, B, and C are allowed. Upscale fifth wheels and travel trailers are permitted. They must be 10 yars or newer, or of newer, nicer condition. No pop ups, truck campers, or vehicle camping is permitted in the resort. If you have concerns if your RV will qualify, please contact us and submit photos.
They are all 20 x 55 to 65 feet in width and depth.
